We collect the minimum needed to sell you something and maintain your credit balance, and we tell you exactly what that is.
What we collect
Your email address, any display name and company you provide, your orders, your credit ledger, and messages sent through forms on this site.
Why
To fulfil orders, maintain the credit balance attached to your account, and answer the enquiries you send us.
Who can read it
You can read your own records. Our staff access them only where necessary to fulfil an order or answer an enquiry. We do not sell personal data.
How long
Order and ledger records are kept while your account is open, because they are the basis of your balance. Enquiry messages are kept until the enquiry is closed.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about your account, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Deleting an account removes its credit balance, which cannot be restored.
Requests can be sent through the contact form and are answered within a reasonable period.
