Use of the site
You may browse, purchase and use published methodology material for your own reference. Automated scraping of the catalogue is not permitted.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Where an item is made to order, the stated lead time forms part of that acceptance.
Green Credits
Credits are a loyalty benefit with no cash value. They are not transferable off-platform and are not an offset instrument.
Impact figures
Scores are modelled estimates published in good faith under a stated methodology version. They are not warranties of environmental outcome.
Liability and changes
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to an order is limited to the value of that order.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated here, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
