Impact and methodology
Owns the formula, factor tables, category baselines and version history, with final say on any published figure.
Artisan partnerships
Onboards makers, collects primary input data and runs the spot checks that move a score from estimated to supplier-declared.
Platform engineering
Builds the scoring engine, marketplace and partner API, and maintains the immutability guarantees around score records.
Operations
Fulfilment, packaging specification and the logistics data feeding the transport term in every score.
How we hire
We hire for judgement under uncertainty rather than credentials. Most of the difficult work here is deciding what we do not know about a product and representing that honestly.
